The player from Canada had the account blocked after depositing funds into her account using a gift card. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
Hi there, I deposited 10$ to Wildz using a vanilla visa gift card that I got for Christmas and while they took the money they immediately blocked me for a mis-matched name on the card. Name on the card is ‘gift recipient’ that didn’t work so I tried gift card and that’s when it got approved/I got blocked. I can log in but can’t play any slots just the same message to check my email.. I never got an email from them so I did email support and I’m waiting for a response. I was hoping maybe if I reach out here it could speed up things on their end as I’m sure it’s just a security thing and an easy enough fix. Thanks so much!
