Hello, I made a payout of €1000 on 01/08/22 and €500 on 01/10/22 at Wildpharao, both payouts have not yet been processed and have not been paid out. It is a cheek that it is not transferred after 10 working days, especially since the casino says that it is processed after 3-5 working days. And my emails have never been answered.

Hallo ich habe eine Auszahlung am 8.01.22 1000€ und am 10.01.22 500€ getätigt bei Wildpharao, beide Auszahlungen wurden bis heute noch nicht bearbeitet und nicht ausgezahlt. Es ist eine Frechheit das es nach 10werktagen nicht überwiesen ist, zu mal es vom Casino gesagt wird das es nach 3-5Werktagen bearbeitet ist. Und es wurde noch nie auf Meine Emails geantwortet.

That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.

It's been more than 5 working days since Wildpharao could have transferred it long ago and it was in my account. Today is February 7th, 2022 and there is still no money.
