das Casino hat meine Auszahlungen immernoch nicht bearbeitet. Nach weiteren Anfragen im Live Chat sowieso per Email keine Antworten. Mein Konto ist verifiziert und die Auszahlung hab ich am 27.11 beantragt und in den AGB‘s steht das diese innerhalb von 3 bis 5 Werktagen bearbeitet werden. Ich hatte den Bonus komplett umgesetzt und dabei gegen keine Bonus Bedingungen verstoßen.

So since Friday the payout has been processed, but I haven't received any money yet. Live chat told me the money was out ... well, international transfers take a maximum of 24.
Also seit Freitag steht die Auszahlung auf processed, dennoch ist bis jetzt kein Geld bei mir eingegangen. Live-Chat sagte mir Geld sei raus…naja Auslandsüberweisungen dauern höchstens 24.
