Hi, I’m in the process of withdrawing money, I have a total of 2000 in there but I was told I could only withdraw withdraw 750 Cad

per day / 10.500 cad, The withdrawal limit depends on the account level, I’m on level. I can’t do any verification, they said the finance department only works Monday to Friday, and I should receive an email from them. This is ridiculous that I have to wait to receive and email, I can’t even send them my verification to speed up the process because I have to wait for and email. They said they don’t need my documentation for verification, all they say is "you will be notified in case we need documents". I don’t know why they say that they’re going to request it.
