Hello i have complaint for

this casino for not receiving my jacpot win!

i won main jackpot and i never recoved the money. After contacting more then 10x times i had answer from the support team that i will be contacted via email and after more then 1 month i havent recoved any email from them!

Hello Nick,

I am really grateful for helping me about this issue. I was verified and i deposited there more then 20 times. I won jackpot on 17.11.23 and after not receiving it i contacted live support. My match history was not showing the games and the period when i won the jackpot and after that it was frozen i mean it was never updated when i checked. I made screenshot that day and i send it to live support where i told them that i experience that issue also. I had all the games that i played till the time when i won the jackpot! They told me that i will be contacted on email from their department. After that i contacted at least 4 times live support to see if there is some update about my issue because i did not received any email. Yesterday i contacted again and they told me the same that i need to be contacted on email when they review my problem! This was not the only issue that i experienced on the website but i can talk about that later. I am sending you now screenshot that i mentioned it above. Now while i am writing this email i tried to log in and i get this message and i cant log in on my account! It says that i am log in somewhere else but i am not logged from anywhere! All of my gambling plays on all websites i find here on your page CASINO GURU and I really appreciate that you are helping for the gambling community!

Hello Nick i am sending you my screenshots that i made now and they deleted the history where i had won the jackpot. You can see on the screenshots on the dates i writed from 11.14.23 - 12.20.23 and all games that i played when i won the mega jackpot are deleted. And i didnt recorded the conversation with the casino. If there is some option how can i find the history of conversation i will send it to you. Thanks for helping me i really appreciate it!

Hello punky1993,

Based on the screenshots you provided you had no real money balance only bonus balance. As you can see from the casino terms, it is not allowed to play jackpot games with bonuses:

Based on the casino terms, the balance cap was according to their terms and conditions.
