The player from France had his account blocked without explanation. The complaint has been closed as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to reply and cooperate in resolving the complaint. There was no progress even two weeks after the casino was notified about the player's complaint.

Got Scammed by this Casino I don't really remember when i created my account this casino but they keep sending me free spin bonus which i rarely play. I like to play deposit bonus than free spins.

I deposited many time my account is been 2018 I think when the old site name parisvipcasino turned to this vivemoncasino if I remember it right. That is how I got signed since and I deposited some last year and just recently i deposited 50€.

So last January 17 I deposited 50€+ 100% bonus =100€ which I successfully wagered.

In my account i already won 1100+ euro something which I can withdraw but due to verification I submitted the remaining documents since my Identity is been verified long time ago I think for long time since my account from the old site i think is verified. so only updated documents like the proof of address and my credit/visa card I need to re submit. I keep asking them in live chat after 2days and 3days to follow up the validation of my remaining documents. Then on friday afternoon after I asked again the live chat they told me it will be verify soon blah blah.

Then I log out the. same day I asked again a bit late in the afternoon when I try to log in my account already disabled without even notice or email why. Casino should verify all account I deposit multiple times in the past but now that I return and play thay casino again since weekly i receive free spins 💢 which i don't even play/use.

I playing casino for many years now if I have multiple accounts which I know I don't have since my account here is created since 2018 after they change name into vivemon from parisvipcasino. Even depositing here quite suspicious since. no proper email from them i received only generated email which unlike other casino when you deposit they have formal email with the casino name that you successfully deposited money.

I hope you can help since I don't receive any reply yet from them. They should give me valid reasons why they disabled my account after I'm trying to submit my remaining documents. My identity card is been verified only proof of address and banking details.

Many complaints not only me which they just disabled account. They should improve account filtering and not allowing players to deposit if they found the they have multiple accounts. Scamming players to deposit and blocked it if they won nad want to withdraw is really stupid and scamming players. Could someone help me hear Honestly I dont even need to claim my supposed wins which I wagered around 1k+ euro I'm ok if they just reimbursed and bring back all my deposits. A casino who only wants to eat money from players then block it when they want to withdraw is plain bullshit scamming.

I'm from france I will complaints too to block this casino and all sister name casino here so many players will avoid this casinos scamming.

Hopefully someone can help me here too I will complaint to other site as well to report this casinos

Could you please explain if there was any pause in your gaming activity before you claimed the 100% bonus in the casino? When was the last time you deposited in the casino prior to January 17th? Which games did you play to complete the wagering of the bonus? (slots, live games, multiplayer)?

They have that promotions on there sites that 100% if you deposit 50€. I played continously maybe for 3hrs-5hrs or more don't remember when i wagered i try to upload the remaining documents that i need in order to withdraw since when you tap that withdraw they prompt to submit verification documents first the on there site I uploaded the proof of address and bank card front. I ask them for 3 days. January 17 I deposited 50€ the live chat always telling me it need to validate in 24-48hrs. Then on friday I asked them again in the morning what the status I even emailed them on support the documents that need again incase they didnt receive yet my documents but live chat confirmed that they already received it and on process of validation and it will be validated soon. Then when I check it in the afternoon my account already disabled and you cant contact livechat when you are not log in. So I emailed them why they disabled my account until now still no reply. The thing is they keep emailing me promotions etc. on my email with free spins for many years since 2018. I played slots only for 3 days while waiting them to verify my documents. I know the betting rules and i played only one game Boomanji while waiting my documents to be verify or if their is compliance. But surprisingly they disabled my account without explanation. I wagered the deposit bonus the same day and I know the betting rules etc since I'm not new in playing casino I have accounts on other site and I am vip status like in tortuga casino which is the best casino site I played so far. I hope you can help me. what I know my account are there since 2018. They should be honest and delete if players actively have old account that not been log in for many years I deposited some last year 25 and 30€ twice not sure the month but its like August 2022 . They should explained why they disabled me and if ever I have multiple accounts just present it to me if that are active account. What I know my account is been created when the old name of that site parisvipcasino turned to vivemon. They shouldn't bait players to deposit only then blocked if ever they win and wants to withdraw. The thing is my identity is already verified only proof of address and bank i need to resubmit and update. So why still they disabled my account.?

I understand it must be very frustrating not knowing why your account was blocked. Could you explain how you learned about the block of your account? Is there any error message when you try to log in?

Ok I will it email it to you the screen shots until know now no reply from them. I learned my account is blocked when I log in last week January 20.In the morning which my account is not block yet I follow up again the live chat they answered that it will be soon validated. Then when I try to log in in the afternoon it's already blocked

Any news support email of this casino still didn't reply to me. Casino on this site rate is pretty high you better re-evaluate the rating of this casino and related sister company I check all the complaints so many same situations like me and on other sites too they are blacklisted or poor rating only here I found it high. 😮‍💨?

Sadly, I have not heard back from the casino yet. It appears that the casino has stopped replying to us altogether.

I've contacted them again and we'll see if they respond, if not we will be forced to close the complaint as unresolved.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
