On December 10th, Vbet Casino sent me an email notification to close my account! The notification stated that the funds in my account would be paid to my bank account within 5 business days! Today, December 29th, I never received the bank transfer! According to Swedish law, payment must be made within five days.

Opened an account on the site. I was not allowed to start playing right away, but would assess us through three short questions where I wrote: That I am old enough to be able to decide if I can afford to play and that their questions were irrelevant since I had not even started playing. First I was told that it was enough to get started and then received an email a few days later that my customer profile would be something of a risk factor, without me even starting to play. I've been a loyal user of this Casino for about two years. As much as the service tries and has improved a lot, the failures are MANY and RECURRING, such as and not limited to: Bad Chat: You will spend an hour talking to yourself and your problem will not be solved in addition to having to enter your data every time, User restriction and automatic general error after high wins (yes if you win a high amount, get out.
