I’ve been a long-time player at Starda Casino and unfortunately lost quite a lot of money in the past. Recently, I finally had a win and requested a withdrawal — and that’s when the problems started.

They blocked my withdrawal for 31 days, and after looking into similar cases on Trustpilot, it seems the reason might be that I placed a single bet on table tennis. I now believe this is the same pattern reported by other users: as soon as someone wins after a table tennis bet, their withdrawal gets frozen for a full month.

The support is extremely unhelpful — responses are robotic, copy-paste, and no one gives a real answer. There is no way to talk to anyone above basic support, and you cannot contact the finance department directly.

What’s worse — while my withdrawal is blocked, deposits are still open and working fine, so I guess they just hope I’ll lose everything before the 31 days pass. That feels manipulative.

Yes, I know they will probably reply here with their usual response about "clause 10.4" in the terms and conditions, claiming I agreed to this. But this is absurd — I placed a bet that is offered in their own sportsbook, and now they’re using it as a reason to lock my winnings?

This feels like a trap, not a legitimate gaming platform.

I ask that someone from Starda Casino who actually replies to Trustpilot reviews take a look at my account and explain this properly.

Just an awful experience on this site. Made a deposit through crypto, played some live roulette, made a bit of money and went to withdraw.

Firstly, I needed to verify all my ID documents. Then verify my phone number. Then verify my email address. Then verify my crypto wallet address.

Then the real fun started. They claimed my withdrawal was on hold as they 'needed to check the correctness of my bets.' There were all bets placed on live roulette, none on sports, no bonuses used.

Still waiting for my withdrawal. Live chat friendly but unhelpful. All the while they're hoping I cancel my withdrawal and lose the money.

I won something once and never again, made more than 20 deposits, 5 of them in a row with no winnings! Withdrawals work great, losing money works too!
