I agree with others that this casino should be removed and I’ve no idea how it has as high a rating. I won $29,000, I waited 6 days for any sort of progress on a withdrawal (for which you can only withdrawal $800! Very low!) Nothing, kept getting told to wait. Eventually ended up gambling and lost. I asked to be excluded from a casino. One month later they still hadn’t actioned that! Had to ask again! And then they made me email again and confirm. This casino should not exist!!

After a few minutes the live chat proceeded to inform me that my account was now closed due to me having a duplicate account! ... Hello, here are my experiences with neon, which I also gave when I closed my account:
For some deposits, the bonus is credited immediately. With others you have to contact the support, then there is the 50% bonus and the FS immediately, with others the 50% is credited and the support has to be contacted again for the FS.
In the case of transfers via "Sofortüberweisung", it is then stated that the deposit will take several days to be credited, depending on the day of the week. Even if the day is reached, you have to contact support and send the deposit slip.
Even that is no guarantee that the deposit will be credited and you will not be informed that the payment has been credited. You simply notice a higher account balance.
Even today, I'm missing €50 from a deposit that wasn't credited despite the receipt being sent.
All in all, it's very tiring when you know up front that almost every deposit requires more contact requests.

Bei manchen Einzahlungen wird der Bonus sofort gutgeschrieben. Bei anderen muss man den Support kontaktieren, dann gibt es die 50% Bonus und die FS sofort, bei weiteren werden die 50% gutgeschrieben und für die FS muss der Support erneut kontaktiert werden.
Bei Überweisungen per "Sofortüberweisung" steht anschließend, dass die Einzahlung je nach Wochentag mehrere Tage benötigt, um gutgeschrieben zu werden. Selbst wenn der Tag dann erreicht ist, muss man den Support kontaktieren und den Einzahlungsbeleg übersenden.
Selbst das ist dann keine Garantie dafür, dass die Einzahlung auch gutgeschrieben wird und man wird nicht informiert, dass die Zahlung gutgeschrieben wurde. Man bemerkt einfach einen höheren Kontostand.
Noch heute fehlen mir 50€ einer Einzahlung, die trotz Belegübermittlung nicht gutgeschrieben wurden.

I have played at this casino for sometime. From the beginning I tried to verify my account but still at this time the verification section says it requires nothing from me. Today I tried to make a withdrawal of €3200. It would not allow me and a message popped up stating my limit was 3000. I then tried 3000 and a message again popped up to say my limit was 500. I withdrew 500 and went to withdraw again and it said I had reached my withdrawal limit. I contacted live support and was told I was a level 1 player and my maximum withdrawal per day/24 hours is 500 I am allowed a maximum of 3 pending withdrawals When I asked how long a withdrawal would be pending I was told 3 business days I have established now it will take weeks to withdraw all of my winnings Is this not illegal How can a casino cap my winnings yet allow me to deposit what I want.
