Hello, here are my experiences with neon, which I also gave when I closed my account:

For some deposits, the bonus is credited immediately. With others you have to contact the support, then there is the 50% bonus and the FS immediately, with others the 50% is credited and the support has to be contacted again for the FS.

This casino is a total nightmare and should be avoided like the plague. Let's start with the fact that he always has technical problems logging in. It takes you ten minutes to log in and play each time. Then we move on to the more serious problems I have encountered. During a live roulette session I opened two complaint tickets for non-payment of two winnings of 890 euros in total due to technical problems. I have played at this casino for sometime. From the beginning I tried to verify my account but still at this time the verification section says it requires nothing from me.
Today I tried to make a withdrawal of €3200. It would not allow me and a message popped up stating my limit was 3000. I then tried 3000 and a message again popped up to say my limit was 500.
I withdrew 500 and went to withdraw again and it said I had reached my withdrawal limit.
I contacted live support and was told I was a level 1 player and my maximum withdrawal per day/24 hours is 500
I am allowed a maximum of 3 pending withdrawals
When I asked how long a withdrawal would be pending I was told 3 business days
I have established now it will take weeks to withdraw all of my winnings
Is this not illegal

Preferably no star at all. Always technical problems in the middle of the game. -"Server problem"...customer service was stressed out because of technical problems. I've complained umpteen times it always says let me check it out for a moment. When asked about compensation, the answer I got was 50 euros deposit then bonus.
