Complaints Team Lead

Petronela is leading our Complaints Resolution Team and helping out with more complicated cases. Previously, she was spending most of her time with player complaints and her speciality was to be the first responder. Even though she is now taking care of the whole complaints team, she still might find herself replying to cases from the first line. She has over 12 years of casino industry experience, which she masterfully uses in her day-to-day activities.

Petronela believes in the inevitable victory of good over evil and has a personal motto “For every minute you are angry, you lose sixty seconds of happiness.” The two qualities make her one of the best people out there that players can trust with their online casino-related complaints
