I joined swift casino and spent 20 pounds and a bonus. I was given no bonus terms but fulfilled the wagering requirements and won 2000 pounds which I withdrew. I received an email saying withdrawal had been reversed. Received another email saying a withdrawal I didn't make for 150 had been completed, I received this withdrawal. I'm missing 1850 pounds and I'm angry. I've since found bonus terms and conditions and there was no maximum win. I want my money!

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? What kind of bonus did you exactly use - can you please send a screenshot or a link of it? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi again


I didn't even ask for a bonus but Believe it was a first deposit bonus. I think my account is verified as they don't pay out otherwise. I submitted Identity card and photo of bank card a few days ago and was told it would be verified within 24 Hours. The last time I spoke to casino was yesterday when I received an email about withdrawal reversed with no explanation. I then received confirmation of new withdrawal. The chat robot wouldn't accept my questions on pretyped ones that didn't include my complaint. I emailed and complained last night but apparently they ignore emails. I hope I covered everything and thank you for your assistance.

Can you please advise if the new withdrawal did work? Did you also try to use a different payment method to cash out?

Please also note that the withdrawal may take up to 14 days so if it got rejected, the easiest way is to contact the casino directly by live chat or e-mail support.
