Could you please advise how long ago you registered your account and if you’ve completed the account verification successfully? Which games you’ve been playing (live games, slots, or multiplayer)? Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus, please?

I have registered since April 2022, I played live roulette and blackjack most of the time, my account is fully verified and I have had some successful withrawal, I do not accept or play with any bonuses..now I can't access the account anymore, and they are not responding to my emails.
