I got an email from these scumbags. I will attach it if possible. It speaks for itself. I was promised multiple times once I had met the playthrough requirements that i would be paid out once I was verified. This took awhile but eventually I was and was ready to make my verification deposit. When I got on the chat to make see what bitcoin wallets they accepted, all of a sudden the agent said, oh It won't be approved because you used consecutive bonuses. Then abruptly ended the conversation without even letting me discuss this. This was after jumping through hoops for weeks. They approved the bonus. It had clear terms which I met. The email mentions the terms and conditions which I am well aware of. It also says unless specifically stated otherwise. Well it specifically stated otherwise. They need to make it right or don't accept my bonus in the first place

  • Do I understand correctly that you claimed multiple consecutive bonuses without a deposit in between?

Please not that the casino addresses this situation in its terms and conditions thusly:

5.Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to redeem the second No Deposit Bonus.

If you broke this rule, unfortunately, you might not be eligible for any winnings.

Did you see the email? It said specifically if I had no pending withdraw and my balance was under 3$ then I could use this bonus with no deposit required. When I tried to redeem other promotions from other emails on sunrise it would deny it. This one was approved. If they approve it and have specific conditions I had to meet then that should be honored

Yes, I noticed it, thanks for pointing that out.

Let me address your point now:

I can see it's a no-deposit bonus = a bonus where no deposit is needed to play, and it doesn't disqualify the reasoning behind why your winnings won't be honored.

The bonus itself doesn't require a deposit, however, winnings won't be cashable since there was no deposit in between this and a previous no-deposit bonus.
