Hi I opened an account and depositted over 400 euro. They closed my account then reopened it when i said I wanted to make another deposit. I made another deposit and then once I made the deposit then blocked my account again. I want all my money that j depsoitted from them otherwise I will be taking this to the papers

Could you please advise how much was your active balance at the time of the account closure, in other words, how much money is still being held by the casino? Why was your account closed the first time, please, and based on what grounds do you request a full deposit refund?
