"Our department have looked into the player’s account and have confirmed the funds need to be refunded back to the player. Since the player is self-excluded with our company she is not able to login and request a withdrawal. Due to this we are required to send the funds over by bank transfer. 

In order for us to send these over we require a copy of the player’s bank statement which we have requested today from the player by email."
