It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. I am fully verified & have made a successful withdrawal in the past.


I received a cashback and completed the wager on it successfully. It had no max cashout.


I put my request for a withdrawal in on the 6th of August and it was cancelled on the 18th of August due to a "technical difficulty".


I requested a withdrawal again on the 19th of August which was then cancelled on the 20th again due to a "technical difficulty".


I just want to to know what this technical difficulty is.


I feel like they're stalling in the hopes that I cancel the withdrawal and use all the money 🤦‍♂️.
