The player from Australia had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. The player also reported that her account had been closed and her winnings had been confiscated due to a disagreement with the casino's live chat support. The casino allegedly accused the player of having a gambling problem, which she strongly denied. However, the player failed to respond to our messages and questions, hence we were unable to investigate further. The complaint was rejected due to the player's lack of communication.

Hi , I’ve been playing with spinago for years now never had a problem.

yes it’s been a 3-4 days but technically my withdrawal was accepted had all the emails to say funds will be in bank account shortly so this was never not approved.

dew hours later I jump back into my spinago account and the $2000 is back in my account it doesn’t show it anywhere in history nor email.

i contacted them they said try it again did it again and same thing !!!

and now my withdrawal $1990 is still in pending not even processing I’ve done everything right I haven’t had one email for an update and everyone I ask I get told later later wait longer irs been nearly 4 days it’s my birthday weeekend this takes the fun out of winning as I have said never had issues ever with withdrawal with soinagk in more hider that I’ve had no update and every time I ask u get told to no update keep waiting I don’t even know what the issue is to be honest I don’t know what else to do

Also sorry while I’ve been think thinking about it I’m confused how the casino itself can actually they accepted my redraw several times and then it came clear that it was actually just the payment provider that was an issue. I would’ve just had to pick a different one but because I was waiting in such a long time is where me and one of the light Chat support is actually had a bit of a disagreement and I reckon this is where this problems come from. I haven’t said that I’ve said what was gonna use it for so they say that withdraw has been accepted several times. Then it was a payment provided issue to me and disagreement live chat support and then now I have a gambling problem, apparently which I do not. I confirm I do not have a gambling problem and then now my account is closed and I don’t get my winnings , none of this makes it any common sense to me
