The player from Portugal is experiencing difficulties withdrawing his No Deposit bonus winnings. We’ve rejected this complaint as unjustified.
I got a prize with a no deposit bonus on 02-03-2021.
I reached about 80/90 € and had already completed the bonus roll-out.
I had read that the maximum limit was 80 € and I went to the chat to confirm that I was able to request it.
I was attended by an operator who surprised me by saying that I would have to make a deposit of 20/30 € because there would be a minimum withdrawal requirement of 100 €.
Surprised, I asked for the withdrawal to be withdrawn, but shortly afterwards, playing a little more, I spent the 100 € so I went back to support to confirm the possibility of asking for the money.
One more surprise, the agent tells me that I have actually been wasting time because the limit is maximum and 80 €, which I asked for.
I sent Identification, NIB, congratulations, a payment forecast and since then, every time I ask for an update on the refund status, there is an operator who gives information according to the first, then there is another one that comes with one in my favor, anyway .... I don't think I will receive anything, but I didn't want the same thing to happen to other people.
