Withdrawals never received or taken from account. Upon messaging support every day for months I am told my withdrawal is being processed and to be patient. Still nothing.

Could you please specify how many weeks or months ago were your withdrawals requested? Was your account successfully verified in the past?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but waiting for payouts for several months is unusually long time.

Yes my withdrawals are pending inside my casino account. The balance is still sitting there. I could cancel and spin funds away if I wanted to (I absolutely do not) the first was 28th of May and then the next two within a week of that.
I have had account verified already and had withdrawals go through successfully about 6-12 months earlier.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve your complaint were unsuccessful. Previously we had good communication with the casino's representatives, but unfortunately, lately, they somehow stopped responding. There is not much that can be done now without the casino's cooperation.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino.
I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
We can only recommend you to take a moment and read a review of each casino before you start playing in the future and only play in licensed casinos with a good rating.
