Hi..i have 6 withdrawls pending in the gogo room ..first one was from 7 weeks ago they have emailed saying its been escalated but now the casino is either shut down or undergoing work as it wont load..have i lost my money?i put thousands in and very disappointed

Hi...i have been paid a small amount once...i have 6 withdrawls in some with bonus some with no bonus...i have not mixed them.but i ensured i followed their rules..i have submitted all necesarry documents...i was upgraded to the gogo room from azure hand
