The player from the United States has requested a withdrawal. Unfortunately, the payment seems to be delayed. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have been trying unsucessfully to get my withdrawl from spin dimension for weeks. They told it would be here today at the latest and if not they would provide verification that it was sent. I keep believing the lies i'm told in good faith because on the outside the casino seems legit. It doesnt take this long for ACH deposit they are lying to me and if they sent funds on the 11th it would be in account.

Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Was your account successfully verified in the past?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

The withdrawal they said was processed on 11 April and they said it takes 2 to 5 business days which would’ve been today at the latest and they said way to the end of business today but ACH deposits go through in the morning between 4 and 9 AM
As i suspected the ACHdeposit/ wire transfer didn't come by the end of business yesterday and I reached out ti the casino once again. They said that they will send me confirmation that the deposit was submitted. i suspect that they will say i entered the info wrong or something like that. I copy and pasted the info directly from my account taking out the probability of entering a number wrong.
