The player from Australia had his winnings voided and account blocked due to unsuccessful KYC verification. The complaint has been closed as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to reply and cooperate in resolving the complaint. There was no progress even two weeks after the casino was notified about the player's complaint.

This casino has been messing me around for withdrawal of my money from my account for weeks they keep saying I need this document and then this document I surplied all that to them which then they come up with the casino is doing a random document check after all the document to them and tell me that this will take another 2 weeks by this time it is 8 weeks later then they closed my account and there excuse is that something is not right with my account and closed it with not paying out the $4,000 Dollars . I have all the emails sent back and thought

No and the account had been verified each time I sent document the keep take my money but I will take the mater with my solicitor that site is a joke will not be playing on any more online casino they can’t be trusted

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I was able to get in touch with the casino representative via email. We would like to give this case more time to be resolved and help both involved parties to reach a satisfactory conclusion. We are extending the timer by 7 days.

Although at the beginning I was able to get in touch with the casino representative and it seemed they are willing to cooperate by resolving your complaint, they sadly become unresponsive and I have received no response to all my emails. Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. There is not much that can be done now without the casino's cooperation.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino.

I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Spartan Slots Casino used to hold a license from Gaming Curacao, we were unable to verify this, so we cannot confirm if Spartan Slots Casino is still licensed. If you feel you want to take this complaint further, you can contact Curacao Gaming authority. In Curacao, there are 2 separate license operators, though they are both endorsed by the Curacao government they have separate company registers. You can contact them at complaints@gaminglicences.com , certria@gaminglicences.com or info@gaming-curacao.com and submit a complaint to them. It's not the best licensing authority but it may have more options and tools to help players. Let me know if and how they replied at michal.k@casino.guru
