The player from Finland is dissatisfied with lack of enforcement regarding Responsible Gaming procedures. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

Solcasino cannot make deposit limit at all. I thik its fair to warn players about this.

On cashier or "my account" no have this option. I ask support if they can put deposit limit to my account but they say they dont dont wanna do it.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Do I understand correctly that a possibility to set deposit limits is not available at all? It would be an issue if, as you wrote: "I ask support if they can put deposit limit to my account but they say they dont dont wanna do it."

Please understand that casinos offer different Responsible Gaming tools, but they’re not obligated to have all of them. I believe, depending on your payment method, you may be able to set limits with your payment provider directly.

Yes, thats correct. They dont have any option to make deposit limit. Player cannot do it byself anywhere on they website. Some casino it is posdible to do it manually by support, but solcasino support guy (Ilya) say he dont wanna do it and i have to control my gaming by myself. Never see casino act like this when player want control deposit's!


So i dont need any help or advice about this, i closed my account already on casino, but at least you can add this information public, so other player can see its NOT so "VERY GOOD reputation" casino like you say.

Thank you, JarmoM, for the update. Please understand that casino reputation can’t be determined by a negative experience of a single player or by lacking a specific Responsible Gaming tool.

I’m truly sorry that we couldn’t help you more with this case but, as I’ve explained earlier, it is not mandatory for all casinos to offer deposit limits. I’m sure you understand.

I hope you’ll find a casino that can offer you a better experience and will be more suitable for your requirements.
