Looks like things are moving along nicely, the requested withdrawal was approved on the 11th of January. I've gone ahead and escalated it to the requisite department and it should be paid out relatively soon if I had to guess, being as it's a Bitcoin payment you should see it reflected in your Bitcoin wallet not too long thereafter.
