hello, i ve made a deposit, wagered it, then requested a withdrawal..the problem is my withdrawal is still in processing for 13 days now..last mail from support(10 december) they said it will arrive in my acount in a few days..it passed another 8 days...i ve asked support yesterday again and today but no answer so far from them..

hi!

didnt make any withdrawals since is my second or first deposit

the site doesnt seem to have a kyc as far as i can see

the winnings were made with a deposit bonus, but the wager was done confirmed by them.

And i got a mail response from them again saying bank problem but i used LTC (crypto) for withdrawal
