I received a free bonus, made my playthrough, made my withdrawal request. This is my second withdrawal from this casino, the first one was for a considerable amount more and got it with relatively little hassle. This time, however, has been different. 7 to 10 business days for it to be reviewed, they say, yet I'm on week 3. I've talked to customer service multiple times and had it escalated three times. The third time I had it escalated I was told that there were no escalations for it. Three weeks, well over the allotted time claimed, and my withdrawal is still pending.
