Slingo Casino - Player’s bonus winnings have been voided.

Mir wurde ein Betrag von 1700€ von meinem Guthaben abegzogen, da ich gegen die Bonusregeln verstoßen hätte.

Die Regel lautet:

Bei Wetten mit dem Einsatz eines Einzahlungsbonus/eines Einzahlungsangebotes (kostenlos oder Einzahlung) oder bei Boni, die für Gratisspielgewinne gutgeschrieben werden, beträgt der maximal zulässige Einsatz 10 % (min. 0,10) des Bonusbetrags oder 5 (z. B. 5 EUR, 5 GBP) (der niedrigere Betrag gilt). Die Nichtbeachtung dieser Regel bedeutet, dass Sie gegen die Einzahlungsbonus-/Angebotsregeln verstoßen, und wir behalten uns das Recht vor, alle Gewinne als ungültig zu erklären und von Ihrem Konto zu entfernen. Eine Wette beinhaltet ein beliebiges Spezialwett-Feature, eine beliebige Glücksspielfunktion oder eine andere Art von Einsatzaktivität (ungeachtet des Namens).

Mein Einzahlungsbetrag war 80€ und ich hatte meinen Einsatz pro Spin jeweils auf maximal 5€.

Ich hatte allerdings die Risikoleiter benutzt um kleine Gewinne zu vervielfachen und dies zählt laut Slingo Casino als Bruch der Regeln, da ich somit den Maximalen Einsatz von 5€ überstiegen habe.

„ While making bets to wager any deposit bonus/offer (free or deposit) or bonus credited for free spin winnings, the maximum bet permitted is 10% (min 0.10) of the bonus amount or 5 (eg, 5 EUR, 5 GBP) (the lower amount applies), however if your deposit was with Neteller or Skrill the max bet is 1 (eg, 1 EUR, 1 GBP). Failure to comply with this rule means you are in breach of the deposit bonus/offer terms and We reserve the right to void and remove any winnings. A bet includes any special bet feature, any gamble function or any other type of wagering activity (regardless of its name)"

Could you please advise what was the percentage of your bonus? As it’s mentioned above 10% of the amount of rewarded bonus is the maximum allowed bet.
