Moreover, the player experienced the removal of the sign-up bonus. We advised the player to contact his payment provider for investigation. Despite multiple requests for additional information from both us and the casino, the player did not respond. Consequently, the complaint was rejected due to lack of response.

I bought eth in my wallet, sent to the address sir win gave me. ( my first deposit went through with no problem. They also took my sign up bonus away) on the blockchain it says success but it never went to my account and they can't figure it out. Or they won't figure it out. 10 people a day is $1000 a day. Hmmmm

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
