The player from the Netherlands has faced another issue with the casino, this time involving a delayed withdrawal of 40€, after a previous complaint about 1031€. The player also reports that his account is being repeatedly closed and opened. The complaint has been closed as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to reply and cooperate in resolving the complaint. There was no progress even two weeks after the casino was notified about the player's complaint.

after they scammed me for 1031€ see previous complaint i deposited 20€ to check payments i won 20 so i cashed out 40 € now more then 2 weeks passed nothing happens.i just want to casino to be exposed .now 1031+40 is witheld for no reason first withdrawal 8 weeks ago .there is also a complaint here on casino guru about the casino just switch the acount open and close in seconds .they are worst casino i ever played.i can confirm that they are doing this .i opdnd and closed my acount about 4 times .

When did you last communicate with customer support, and what was it about?

Regarding the repeated closing and opening of your account, it is essential to note that closing an account is simple and has almost no impact - the player can re-open the account anytime, and the casino has no obligation to the player. On the other hand, self-exclusion does. If a player successfully makes a self-exclusion the casino agrees not to open this account or if yes only under particular circumstances (after the cooling off period and this cannot be done for players who are addicted/with a gambling problem). So if you did not request to close your account due to a gambling addiction, the casino may re-open your account on demand.

hi Veronika,i won with own money no bonus.i know about selfexclusion rules but the casino does not pay why should they open and close acount anyway?it is good to have many complaints here to protect further damage.!

I understand your frustration, sardapoor1963. But as you know already the casino was not really user-friendly with their approach the first time, I'm a little bit surprised that you have continued to play at that casino. The casino support could handle your situation much better, but it is up to them how they treat their customers, I can only advise you NOT to deposit your money in this casino anymore. As you can see RoyalSpin Casino's safety index is low, so I would recommend finding a better casino for the future.

despite they witheld my two withdrawals for 10 weeks now and i unsubscribed for promotions emails they still send promotion email for free bonusses.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

As expected, I have not received any response from RoyalSpin Casino yet.

Thank you sardapoor1963 for noticing the "license" change. But the Antillephone License "proof" RoyalSpin Casino is showing is FAKE. They might get a real Antillephone License in the near future but for now, we can't consider the license to be a real valid license. I will update this info in the casino review.

As expected, I have not received any response from RoyalSpin Casino at all. Due to the casino's operation with an invalid license, utilizing a Fake license, and lacking any connection to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service, there is sadly no available gaming authority to seek assistance from.

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend that you not play at RoyalSpin Casino at all and choose casinos based on their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
