The player from United States has requested a withdrawal almost three weeks ago. It has been pending since. We closed the complaint as the player did not respond to us.
I requested a withdraw on 5/25/2020 and still have not received anything. I contacted live chat and I get the usual run-around, telling me I will get paid on a day and then it never happens.

Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive your delayed withdrawal.
