Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise if the e-wallet address to deposit funds into your account was visible on the casino’s website for all the players or if you have been provided a unique one when opening the account? Was it your first deposit in this casino?

Get it right. It's not even a mistake. I sent USD Tether TRC20 to tron ​​TRC20. It's the same network. The money was successfully credited to their account. And they write to me in general complete nonsense. They have written that only ERC-20, but this is physically impossible. You cannot make transfers from the TRC20 network to an ERC20 network token. I made a deposit through Binance and he did not allow me to make a transfer. I can't go wrong with the network.

If the casino wallet is an ERC20 wallet and you sent money from the TRC20 wallet, the transaction is lost.


I have one question regarding the amount of money you sent. The hash transaction you provided is the transaction of 4 TRX, but you are claiming $321. Where is the rest of the money?
