After providing all required documents for verification, the casino requested bank statements for all withdrawal banks, including one that has been closed. The casino has now blocked his account, alleging the submission of fake documents. After our intervention, we were able to help the player to get their winnings. The player confirmed they received the funds in the end. The Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.

This site just working for verification

I given all my personal details and documents and aadhar and all

But even after that they didn't given my withdrawal

And I win 167000rs and then they started a new plan that verification

And I also given all documents but nothing happened

They just asking all my withdrawals banks

Is there any site asking for withdrawal used bank account statement?

And also they are asking 2.5 year back withdrawal statement which is already closed by me

And now they blocked my account stating that fack documents

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Already the documents related to my personal documents and kyc has been approved they only said your kyc is approved you can withdraw again after some time they are again asking same thing

All the documents related to my kyc has been send to the site and now the site is not refunding my deposits and not processing withdrawals so how i can get my money back

During the investigation, some financial statements were found with using Photoshop, but no violations leading to unfair play were detected. The verification has been completed, please do not use fake documents to avoid situations with account blocking. The funds are available for withdrawal.
