The player from India had deposited an amount of INR 15,000 and won INR 45,000. When they tried to cash out the winnings, the casino demanded an account verification. Even after providing all necessary documents, the player's account remained unverified for more than 25 days. The player had expressed concern over the prolonged verification process and suspected foul play from the casino. We had reached out to the casino for clarification and they responded that the player had not provided all the required documents. Despite our efforts to assist, the player did not respond further, which led to the rejection of the complaint.

I deposit 15000 and with this amount I made 28000 and then 45000.

After after I try to withdraw then they were asking for account verification.

When i withdraw 1000 earlier it was successful and then they don't need verification.

When i deposit 15000 after this they're asking for verification.

I uploaded my all documents.

It was more than 25 days and still my account didn't verifyed.

When i contact them through live chat they give only one answer all the time.

The answer is please wait.

I doubt this application.

I ask others users whom are facing same problem.

They tell this is fake application.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

I had done the verification already before this matter.

But after i deposit 15000 and after winning when I try to withdraw they are asking for another 4-5 documents.

I also uploaded that documents.

You can see the screenshot of documents uploaded i share with you in last complaint.

After 3-4 days when I ask for verification status they reply that there is no certain time period of verification.

After 10 days their reply is same.

After 20 days their reply is same.

After this I have doubts on them.

I joined their chat group on telegram.

I found user's with same problem.

I chat with them and they said they do you verification after you lose your all money.

One of user had 60000 winning and this verification is pending since last November.

I think they waiting to for me to loss all my money.

I'm Michal and I have taken over your complaint. I have reviewed this case and as my colleague, Petronela stated KYC as well as AML is a very important and essential process.

I understand that the KYC process can be sometimes frustrating, but the casinos need to follow rules and regulations as well, so although I can empathize with you that the whole process can be done more user-friendly or quicker, it is a standard procedure that the casinos are entitled to.
