The player's withdrawal is delayed and the player claims that the casino moved up his withdrawal request by a week. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
i requested my first withdrawal on 3-09-2022, and their chat says that we're only allowed $1000 a week for withdrawal, and it takes 5 to 18 business days to complete a withdrawal and somehow my first withdrawal date was moved to the 16th as it shows that I didn't request my first withdrawal until then in which that wasn't the correct date it was definitely on the 9th. This is a lot of money that's taken several scores of hours to build up. I've stopped playing there casino until they pay out what I've won this far. It's absolutely ridiculous to wait this long for a withdrawal....

Is this your first ever withdrawal request? Since when is your account fully verified? Do you have any proof that you requested for the withdrawal on 9.3? Did you contact the casino with this issue and if yes what did they respond?
Please note that we always recommend to wait at least 14 days for the withdrawal to arrive so even if they changed the date of withdrawal, they are basically still within a good time frame - maybe they just updated the status of it.

hi Nick thanks for responding yes it was my first withdrawal with Pure casino and I believe I have a few emails stored from when I first started checking in on any updates about the first withdrawal and now there's no response from them not by email nonetheless but I do believe a lady's name said to be "Nessa" account manager in an email from the day I believe they said my identity was verified. I could send it if need be I'm sure it's still in my inbox...

If you requested for the withdrawal on 3.9. - the 18 business days still did not pass. Maybe the date 16.3. is just a system error but they are still within their given time frame. If the money wouldn't arrive by next week, we will definitely intervene.
