I have made several depositions to the casino. My last one was confiscated and my account blocked. The casino tells me to send in several documents before I can handle my money that was deposited. I have no interest in this. I want the casino to pay out my money and I don’t wish to gamble more at the site.

Casinos usualy doens't allow to deposit and withdrawal automatically. They require your documentation to process your withdrawal. They do it to prevent money laundering and in some casinos they even require you to wager your money once. You will need to submit them your documentation which they require otherwise it won't be possible to get back your deposit.
