Doesn't honor request to close account. I've asked 3 times now to close my account and still nothing.
I mentioned there are no safe gambling tools on their website and they asked me what I meant.
Not a casino for me.

This casino seems to be good...the games run smoothly and the chat seems to be friendly and helpful.
I made a deposit a few days ago and sent in verification this past Friday but being it's the weekend now I don't expect to hear anything back till Monday maybe so I'll have to update as how fast the verification process is.
I would like to give it 5 stars but I will how the withdrawal goes.
Update...verification issues...never had issues at a few other places I had sent my verification.

Thought I would give this casino a try so I deposited and played without the bonus and won a bit of money,I sent in my verification documents twice and it's not sitting in pending anymore but it's day 4 now so hope to hear something soon.
Update...I went on the chat after writing this review and said good reviews mean alot when deciding to try a new casino so I received the money in a timely manner so I would like to give this casino a positive review.

I thought I would give this newly opened casino a try.
Made 2 deposits and won a little bit so I passed the verification and made a withdrawal. I then received a code to use and my funds would be 1-3 days but I had this feeling for some reason that it was going to be placed back in my account and I was right.
So I went on chat and was told it was a technical error .
I withdrew again and received another message that it was sent to Gigadat and in 1-3 days it would be in my bank account so we will see what happens...stalling techniques I think...it not a large amount so I will come back on to update.
The money arrived in my account this morning so I changed to 4 stars.
I don't play to much these days because of the sometimes long and drawn out verification process these days but this casino wasn't to long.
I understand they have to do this but it's not worth the hassle.

My withdrawal keeps getting placed back into my account...4 times now.
This is the first time I've ever been asked for a bank statement.
I will not deposit again.
Here is a update,I played the money after my withdrawal request was almost instantly placed back into my account and asked them to kindly close my account, I haven't even received a email about my request as of yet.
