Took my child's money and let him gamble on their website, he is 15. Kids make mistakes and when he realised it was 18+ he notified me and we tried to permanently shut his account and get a refund on the deposits. They took no responsibility and are happy to keep his money. They asked for his bank card photo and birth certificate which I sent and then apparently that was not enough and started requesting my whole family a documents me, my wife and my son all our IDs which was unnecessary and unfair. Illegal Operations and disgusting behaviour from them. In the process of taking legal action with the relevant governing bodies and trying to get the money back through the bank also. No sympathy for the situation whatsoever. Beware will take anybody's money doesn't matter what your age is if you are under 18 and want to gamble this is the site for you!
