I withdrew $700 AUD on the 18th of December and when I followed up with the casino manager on the 22nd December she said I recalled the money and that the $700 is gone because I played with it. How could I have recalled a withdrawal when it's not possible to cancel the bank transfer anymore because it's already with the merchant bank and with the payment team. It's literally not possible and besides, I made 100% sure that I didn't touch that money.

This time they did so be weary of this casino. The manager is very manipulative and bottom line is they stole $700 from my casino account. She's not afraid to lie either.
