At first, I fell in love with axecasino…until o requested a withdrawal. Nothing but hassles and then my request was denied and just been going round in circles via email. Will no longer deposit at this casino nor will I recommend to my online gambling friends

The RTP's do not work as specified. Played over €500 in different stakes, chances of winning are 0. The casino creates fake accounts and rates itself on different platforms. My recommendation just have a look at Trustpilot, 3 reviews, all on October 6th and everyone thinks the casino is super awesome, what a coincidence :D :D They also came up with awesome names. So I would give this casino a huge berth. There are enough good casinos like MoiCasino etc.

I really don't know how it can be rated so badly. I invested €20, took the bonus and played everything at €0.40 per spin and nothing from nothing, how should I turn the €900 bonus if there is not a single bonus spin or nothing, you lose everything in an instant .I've played 4 different games, I don't recommend it. This is the first time I've ever been asked for a bank statement.

This is the last online casino I have tested in my many years. Why the last one, now because there is simply no point in playing at online casinos anymore. Axecasino only confirmed that. I started with my deposit and the welcome bonus of €200 and it only took a few minutes and that was it. No winnings, it was a stupid click down of my money. You get nothing more for your money, neither fun nor excitement. It is almost impossible to implement the bonus you receive. The online casinos are only out for profits, no more customer service or interest in the customer or to keep them. Cashing in is important. I have the feeling that since Corona, when the boom in online casinos started, the chances of winning have plummeted again. But I would like to take the chance here and can say from many years of experience that the profits used to be more frequent. But it is difficult to really make a profit with online casinos. But now that the fun and excitement is lost, why then? But that is of course up to you. But throw the money in a piggy bank because you have more of it. I'm leaving the online casino scene with a big disappointment, the Axecasino, but you're only sorry for your money.

I withdrew $700 AUD on the 18th of December and when I followed up with the casino manager on the 22nd December she said I recalled the money and that the $700 is gone because I played with it. How could I have recalled a withdrawal when it's not possible to cancel the bank transfer anymore because it's already with the merchant bank and with the payment team. It's literally not possible and besides, I made 100% sure that I didn't touch that money.

As online gamblers know that once the withdrawal goes through, you can no longer have the money back into your account. I've been with them for about 2 years and they never took my withdrawal away. This time they did so be weary of this casino. The manager is very manipulative and bottom line is they stole $700 from my casino account. She's not afraid to lie either. Just very disheartened they did this.

Good graphics, wide selection of games, used to be my trusted brand, and I thought the manager was honest and nice until last night.

Ripped me off my $700 AUD withdrawal and didn't send it claiming I recalled it. I did not. So disappointed with this casino. So dodgy. I wouldn't recommend playing there.
