This casino is very dubious and in my opinion is cheating! I registered and made a direct deposit via Mifinity and then via Giropay. We know that Giropay is a type of instant bank transfer. The money is in the player account within seconds if you deposit using this method. But not in this casino. My money has disappeared. Not on the player account, but was debited from my bank account. Mifinity also says that the money is already with the casino. But there is no money in my player account! The live chat is the most miserable thing I have ever encountered in a casino. The chatbot is absolutely not helpful and totally incompetent, then the support is always offline no matter what time I enter the live chat, even though it is clearly stated on the website that the support is available until 1:00 a.m. CET, it is not! In all the years I've been playing, I've never experienced anything so stupid and unprofessional. About 1.5 years ago I was at a casino from the same provider and had the same problem. In other casinos, depositing using this method works perfectly, but not in casinos from this provider? This is obviously the fault of the casino and not me or my bank, as this casino wants you to believe. For me this is fraud and such a casino or the provider should be banned forever!
Dieses Casino ist sehr unserios und betrügt meines Erachtens nach! Ich habe mich registriert und direkt eine Einzahlung per Mifinity, darüber dann über Giropay gemacht. Man weiß, dass Giropay eine Art Sofortüberweiung ist. Das Geld ist also innerhalb von Sekunden auf dem Spielerkonto wenn man über diese Methode einzahlt. Doch nicht in diesem Casino. Mei Geld ist verschwunden. Nicht auf dem Spielerkonto, aber wurde abgebucht von meinem Bankkonto. Auch Mifinity sagt, dass das Geld bereits bei dem Casino ist. Doch auf meinem Spielerkonto ist kein Geld zu sehen! Der Livechat ist das erbärmlichste, was mir je untergekommen ist in einem Casino. Der Chatbot ist absolut nicht hiflreich und total inkompetent, dann ist der Support immer offline egal zu welcher Zeit ich den Livechat betrete obwohl auf der Website deutlich steht, dass der Support bis 01:00 Uhr MEZ erreichbar ist, ist er nicht! Sowas selten dummes und unprofessionelles habe ich in all den Jahren, in denen ich spiele wirklich noch nie erlebt. Vor etwa 1,5 Jahren war ich bei einem Casino des gleichen Anbieters und hatte das gleiche Problem. In anderen Casinos klappt das einzahlen über die Methode einwandfrei, nur in Casinos von diesem Anbieter nicht? Das liegt dann ja wohl offensichtlich an dem Casino und nicht an mir oder meiner Bank, so wie dieses Casino es einem weißmachen will. Für mich ist das Betrug und so ein Casino beziehungsweise der Anbieter gehören für immer gebannt!
