They asked for the typical documents for the KYC verification, ID , Bank info ( account number screenshot etc. ), proof of the address that you live on. I sent them that after the weekend, monday they ask for more documents and a selfie with a written number on it. I sent them my drivers license, and a selfie with a paper that had the number on what they sent me on the email. After 2 days, they event want more, now they want to make a video with these criterias:

5. To make sure your document is genuine, please remove a piece of paper and show your document close to the camera, rotating it at different angles so we can see blinking holograms and watermarks on your document.

And now I'm just furious sent them the video, they wont reply after that, I just said fuck it put everything on red, get a permaban, leave the site never play here again.
Stay away from this casino as far as you can. If I could I would give a -10 for rating.

- -Slowest KYC I ever seen
- -Delaying everything so they don't have to pay you out
- - Live chat is horrible, probably AI then sometimes horrible autotranslated russian assness.
- -Another scamsino praying on people just giving up and gamble their winnings away
- -Asking for things that is ridiculous
- -Live chat is not 24/7 even if their sites say its 24/7
