They asked for the typical documents for the KYC verification, ID , Bank info ( account number screenshot etc. ), proof of the address that you live on. I sent them that after the weekend, monday they ask for more documents and a selfie with a written number on it. I sent them my drivers license, and a selfie with a paper that had the number on what they sent me on the email. After 2 days, they event want more, now they want to make a video with these criterias:

4. Show yourself holding your document, and a paper with today's date our product's name.

5. To make sure your document is genuine, please remove a piece of paper and show your document close to the camera, rotating it at different angles so we can see blinking holograms and watermarks on your document.

And now I'm just furious sent them the video, they wont reply after that, I just said fuck it put everything on red, get a permaban, leave the site never play here again.

Stay away from this casino as far as you can. If I could I would give a -10 for rating.

Typical casino that delays everything, so if you have problems with gambling, or you are short fused, you just play with your winnings. The site takes 2 long to payout your winnings, if you can make them pay out your winnings. Highly doubt this casino will last long. Stay away play elsewhere.

KYC verification is not enough on thr site to withdraw money. You have to send a bunch of more of your private information, that other legit sites never ask. The support is non existent, financial department wont respond to your email. Laughable casino, better if you burn your money instead. Snatch casino perfect name, they snatch your money lol. Worst casino I ever visited
