Pretty mixed feelings about this one. I think there is a high chance the games here might be rigged - same as with their sister casino CasinoDays. Initially I won really big regardless the bet size but after a while winning became basically impossible - no matter the game, I keep losing at an alarming rate. Every deposit - no matter the size - is lost within minutes. Even with huge losses there are no rewards. ’Raffles’ and competitions seem fake. Withdrawals (again, no matter the amount) get stalled as a tactic to get people to play through those funds as well.

Shady casino. I requested self-exclusion from all of the operators website and was effectively granted that. The casino, however, sooner than later, contacted me via telephone offering me free money if I reopened my account. Also; reviews are paid for.

Avoid at all costs. Min. withdrawal is 50 euros. Bonuses are nonexistent. Cashback is Not accurate. Staff is rude and does not reward Loyalty.

Casino in itself is okay; not much to complain. Valeria from customer support however... Oh lord. If she is indeed a real person and not a bot, she has been lobotomized and left stranded. She does not understand the questions asked. When I inquired her about does it endanger my bonus that I accidentally played two spins with a 5 eur bet, she told me to clear my cache. In fact, whatever you ask her, she tells you to clear your cache (please, do it 2-3 times). When I told her that an answer to my question will hardly appear if I do so, she told me to wait a moment.

Then, out of the blue, she closed the chat due to inactivity. Great customer service. Therefore, not recommended.

Very unreliable casino - they take forever with verification. This is to stall the withdrawal of your money. Very sketchy process and unclear.

I would give MegaRush zero stars if I could. Their selection of games is limited and updated fairly seldom.

All of their Play'n'Go-slots boast 91% RTP, which is ridiculously low and even more unfair than usual towards the player. I would opt for casinos with better RTP on said games.

Their MegaClub-membership is also nothing short of a joke. There are next to none member privileges. You might get 10 spins on Starburst at 0,10€ a pop if you ask nicely, but usually even that is too much to ask. Mind you; this is their loyalty, 'VIP'-program we are talking about.

I see no reason to play here.
