Hello,


My withdrawal has been delayed since April 23rd. I have sent about 7 emails to the support and finance (as the support advised me), the withdrawal has still not been processed despite the support and Ts and Cs stating it should only take two working days.


I have been fully verified for over a year, I did not play with any bonus funds.


The casino is simply not communicating...
