The player from Ireland had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. We had advised the player to be patient and cooperate fully with the casino, and to wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. We had extended the timer for her response by 7 days. However, due to the lack of response from the player, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Hello,


My withdrawal has been delayed since April 23rd. I have sent about 7 emails to the support and finance (as the support advised me), the withdrawal has still not been processed despite the support and Ts and Cs stating it should only take two working days.


I have been fully verified for over a year, I did not play with any bonus funds.


The casino is simply not communicating...
