as a starter i deposite 200 pesos only bec, i was not sure if this is only a scam,then i play the pachinco and won a lot.. now my account was in negative php. all my winnings are gone. why is that and how come this is happening

done sending picture, screenshot from the game and thw conversation to a support..

and i did not play the pachinco all along, i am playing all the games inside the pnx, i have a great time playing but this suddenly happen.. i cannot play and they keep on saying that i should give them my emailaddress,game i.d evwn my birthday.. well i know they were the supports.. i do give them all the details.. after that a days pass then my winnings was all gone.

If you didn’t provide access to your account to anyone else, could you please advise if to the best of your knowledge, there’s a possibility that someone else from your family members or neighbors has opened an account from the same IP address as yours?

I can confirm that we have received relevant proofs from the casino. I am very sorry, but we believe that you are not entitled to receive your winnings. It is clear that your winnings were obtained from the casino game which had the error (backed by proof from the casino). Therefore, the casino T&Cs were breached and we are forced to reject your case.


However, if you do not agree with our decision, you can always file an official complaint at ADR and/or licensing authority of the casino. I will gladly help you with it.
