Parimatch have automatically manually debited my funds of 181,891rs all of a sudden after i won few bets and My account was fully verified and I have not claimed any Bonus or any offers.


The funds are missing from my account and I am helpless as their customer support are helpless and not wanting to return back the funds i believe the website don't pay my winnings.



I hope Casino Guru, I get a fair reason as to why Parimatch Do not want to pay back my funds.

In best of my knowledge, there is No possibility that someone else from My family members or neighbors have ever opened an account from the same IP address or device as mine or using my email address.

As we already informed you, we checked and found out that your betting account #477527428 has not passed verification.The Administration has decided to cancel your bets and write-off your balance in accordance with №84 Company rules.This paragraph of the rules states:The betting company reserves the right to invalidate the concluded betting agreement (including the one concluded before or after the start of the event), to refuse to fulfill obligations under such an agreement (including to refuse to pay any winnings), or to refund any bet placed, in if:It was determined that:

- one client has several game accounts (multiple registrations, multi-accounting), including under a new full name. The betting network does not recommend two or more clients to place bets from one IP address (one device, local network);

- one client uses the data of other persons to register new game accounts, including his family members;

- bets are made by a group of clients acting in collusion in order to circumvent restrictions established by the Betting Network. ;

- the client is suspected of using any software that automates the process of setting bets;

- The game account is used to play in arbitration situations;

- a game account is not used to make bets and other products offered by the betting network;

- there is an abuse of loyalty programs.The decision of the company is final and not subject to revision.

Dear Jozef and Parimatch Casino team,


My account was fully KYC verified and I did not have any issue playing until this amount dissapeared all of a sudden from my account Which I am unaware of as to why has this been done.


I can confirm My account was fully KYC Verified and I have not violated any company rules at all.

The balance deduction totally looks I have been scammed by the bookmaker (Parimatch Casino)without any sense or evidence.


I am hoping Jozef the Casino Guru platform team will help me fairly and investigate this issue rightly and help me get back my funds.

Will this Casino Guru platform complaint help me get my funds back from Parimatch Casino who have done fraud by taking away my funds ?

If not please please guide me where I could file legal complaints with all proofs as Parimatch are unable to prove their claims since last 1 week or so here.

I totally believe they have scammed my money.

Its 13th october almost been 1 month since my complaint was published on this platform but I have got no solution to my issue with Parimatch casino yet neither are they able to provide their false claims which they made on my account by stealing/Scamming my funds.
