The player from India had deposited to Parimatch. The transaction was successful, but the funds had not been credited to the player's account. The player had provided all necessary documents and bank statements to the casino but the issue remained unresolved. We had engaged with the casino to clarify the matter, but their response was insufficient. The player had not responded to our latest inquiries, hence we could not proceed further. The complaint was therefore rejected due to lack of communication.

I have deposited 1220 on parimatch on 8th August . I did the P2P txn via phonepe and the txn was successful. The receiver name was atifcreation from parimatch side. I have send them all proof like bank statement ,phonepe history, and even i contacted my bank they said the txn was successful I also send them the txn screenshot. But they are still denying about the money . Please help me here

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Could you please advise if it was your first deposit in this casino? Please forward your payment receipt to petronela.k@casino.guru.

Yes it was my first txn and already more than 20 days are passed .the funny thing is they are saying I should contact my bank for the txn even I already send them chat history of my bank and mine. I am sure that there is some payment provider case because upi txn take only seconds to complete .

i submitted my phonepe txn receipt , my bank txn receipt, my bank statement , my bank chat message and they are still saying they can't find the txn how is this possible . Clearly they are doing fraud here

I have sent them more than 25 email and submitted everything they ask like statement txn recipt even i submitted my bank chat replies etc etc. Still they are saying ask your bank what is this ....

My bank has already contacted receiver bank which is state bank of india . And receiver bank has said that the service has been delivered to you so we can't allow chargeback request because the service has been delivered by merchant ..

Now obviously bank don't lie on written document so it clearly shows that payment provider of parimatch team is doing fraud .


More than a month they can't find txn wow ... sir for your kind information any upi payment which get pending or if any issue with receiver bank it settles within 5-7 days max...

And moreover my txn was successfull as you can see in all the screenshot ..


so your payment provider has received money and it's your problem that he is doing fraud with you . You should credit with proper compensation but i am asking you atleast deposit the fund I send you .

Although it seems as though this issue has been solved with the casino team, unfortunately, the player has not responded to our messages and questions. Consequently, we are unable to investigate further and have no choice but to reject this complaint. The player can reopen this complaint at any time.
