Hello this casino has always been wonderful but unfortunately I have been waiting 4 weeks for my winnings and email after email they say they are updating system and I will be paid soon

It's been way to long now for such a good casino I'm tiered of the bs

I will say this before this issue they were the best casino In payments but now I'm very disappointed

Hope they fix this fast because they are a great place to play

I will discuss this with our Finance Department. There have been some technical issues with Bitcoin cash outs over the past couple of weeks, but these have been resolved. We are quickly catching up with the pending withdrawals and I expect your pending withdrawals to be processed within 24 hours.
