The player from the UK requested a withdrawal a month ago, but it’s been pending since. Casino didn't respond.
I requested a withdrawal on the 24 of December and it’s now 25 January it’s still pending I have a verified account and when I contact them through live chat or email I get the same answer that it takes 7-21 working days to process but this seems like I ain’t getting paid out but they was quick enough taking deposits but reluctant to pay out winnings

No this is the first withdrawal there are no bonus funds and my account is verified they said in an email that because of the volume of request and how much the withdrawal is for that it takes longer but I feel like it’s all a scam any other casino would have processed it by now

It’s criminal how they can get away with this how many other people have been affected and yet they still operate and take peoples deposit but don’t pay out it unbelievable
