I would like to provide an update regarding my case.
Goldbet has responded again, but only with a generic reference to their Terms and Conditions (duplicate account rule), without addressing the specific details of my situation or providing any actual evidence.
They continue to ignore the key facts:
- I played only with my own funds and did not use any bonuses - My total winnings were 11,500 EUR - A withdrawal of 2,000 EUR was already approved and paid - The second account belongs to my wife and was not used for deposits, betting, or any meaningful activity
Additionally, they have now repeated their "final decision" without answering any of the specific questions raised.
At this point, it is clear that the casino is not willing to provide a transparent or fair resolution and is avoiding proper communication.
This situation appears consistent with other similar complaints where partial payments are made, followed by account restrictions when larger withdrawals are requested.
I remain open to resolving this matter, but I expect a clear, case-specific explanation and the release of my remaining balance.

My experience with Goldbet has been very suspicious.
I joined their referral program and followed the rules: I shared my referral link, real users registered, and they played. I earned $86 in referral commission. The moment I requested a withdrawal, the request was rejected (about 30 minutes later), and my referral access was blocked.
Support sent a generic "violation/suspicious activity" response, but they did not provide: • the exact rule I allegedly broke, • any actual evidence, • a clear explanation of which referred users were supposedly problematic and why.
It looks like everything is "fine" while you bring them traffic, but once you ask for payout, they block you with template accusations. In my opinion, this is an unfair practice and looks like a scam-style approach to affiliate/referral users.
P.S. Update to my previous complaint about GoldBet: After I publicly stated that my referral earnings ($86) were unfairly withheld, I was blocked in GoldBet’s official Telegram chat. Instead of addressing the issue (blocked referral account and canceled withdrawal/transfer), they removed my ability to communicate in their public channel. I must say I had a very positive experience with this casino; it seems very reputable, clear, and transparent.
