I requested a withdrawal on 5/11. Today is May 17th and it's not even edited yet and I can still cancel it. In LiveChat you will only be put off, please be patient. To me it looks as if the casino is speculating that the money will be gambled away again. 3 working days have passed.

The terms and conditions say 25 hours max 3 working days..... I would not play in any casino where it says that the payout takes 14 days. For me the casino speculates that you will void your winnings because I can still do that and others should know that. Furthermore, the casino doesn't keep its customers that way..... Because you don't pay anything before the winnings are paid out.
