The player from Poland has been accused of breaching the bonus T&Cs. However, the casino also confiscated winnings, that were not accumulated with this bonus. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Hello, I deposited on this site around 8000 PLN somehow made back 7500 PLN, then proceded to withdraw it ..

Next day i'v got an email from them, thats said i have free cash on my balnce ''as a bonus '' it was 300 PLN.

I spinned it on 40 PLN and again somehow won 40000 PLN,then spinned it for some time till i end up with a 32000 PLN again i proceded to withdraw it .

Next day it was 15 PM im getting on my account to check if they sent my money, to my suprise my ballance was reduced by 33000 PLN and i ended up with 1,900 PLN on my account . I contacted support they said they reduced my balance due to me braking rules of casino which was bet size when spinning on bonus.

Even so i have lost 5,500 PLN which was in any way,shape of form connected to a bonus money that i have won and ended up with after i have tried to withdraw it .


Casino won't give my money back and so i would like to report it further, so more people won't end up in situation that im in right now.. basically me being scammed .

Cassino could cap bet size on bonus but they won't do it so they can steal money after it.


In conclusion ballance that i had tried to withdraw 35500 PLN

balance that i ended up with 1900 PLN

Do I understand correctly that you accumulated 7,500 zł without an active bonus and that these winnings have also been confiscated?

i Was withdrawing 7500 pln , then Iv got an e-mail from casino few h later about free cash on my balance i Deicided to spin it couple of times, until I hit this big win (40000pln) after completing a bonus, I spinned more till I ended up with a 28000PLN.I cancelled my withdrawal 7500 PLN and decided to withdraw all that I had in my balance . The problem is money that i spinned got back to casino anyway but they took also my 5,500k PLN , wich wasnt the money that i obtained from bonus . They decided to leave my deposit that made me win those 7,5kpln which was 1,9k , in conclusion they stole 5,550 PLN . Not even gonna comment about the bonus because that’s ridiculous that you can bet more on slots when it should have been capped to maximum available bet size .

They also added new terms and conditions which’s I’m scared to accept. I contacted ecogra about this case . Because as you can see form email that I sent clearly shows my withdrawal of 7500 PLN


+ if ecogra will act ony my behalf im thinking about taking it to the court and fight for my money also for compensation.

Ofcourse if casino won't cooperate

After 2 weeks they payed my money back due to me reacting to that case instantly.
